Por cá, às vezes ligamos a Tv ao jantar e ouvimos a VH1. Por estas horas somos brindados com o Guess the year ou qualquer-coisa Movies Soundtracks. E digo-vos, é divertido!

Invariavelmente deixo-me levar pela emoção das letras que me embalaram a adolescência, recordo as primeiras fitas que vi nas VHS que os meus pais alugavam todas as semanas ou os primeiros filmes que vi no cinema! Sei, que muitas vezes dou por mim em cima do palco de um X-Factor improvisado perante o olhar incrédulo dos meus filhos, os aplausos do marido, e quem sabe, um dia destes, uma ordem de despejo dos vizinhos!

Pelo meio vamos contando aos miúdos pormenores dos filmes ou dos cantores dos videoclips , o mais velho faz sempre perguntas, e ficamos de boca aberta quando damos conta que a letra que decorámos ontem, afinal tem vinte anos... e nós, já temos quantos mesmo?! (Ai o que eu dancei com a minha mãe ao som do Fame aos cinco anos, e invejei as curvas da Britney Spears aos quinze, o que eu chorei com o My heart will go on, os beijos que eu dei ao som do Everything Ido (i do it for you), as confidências que fiz com a voz estridente do StevenTyler em fundo!).

Eu dancei, cantei, nós dançamos e cantamos até que a voz nos doa e algum vizinho nos venha bater à porta! Se quiserem um serão divertido (e nostálgico), sintonizem o VH1! ;)

Sometimes we turn on the Tv to listenn VH1 at dinner time. At this time we can see Guess the Year or something-Movie-Soundtracks. Oh boy, its fun!

Invariably i let myself take thought the emotion of letters packed my adolescence, I remember the first tapes I saw on VHS that my parents rented every week or recall the first films I saw at the cinema! I know that often I find myself on stage of an impromptu X-Factor towards the incredulous eyes of my children, my husband cheers, and who knows, one day, an eviction order from the neighbors!

Through we telling the kids details of movies or video clips of the singers, the eldest always asks questions, and we were open-mouthed when we realize that the letter that we've decorate yesterday, after all has twenty years ... and how much do we have already??! (Oh how I danced with my mother to the sound of Fame at the age five, ad envy Britney Spears body when i was fifteen, I cried with My heart will go on, the kisses I gave to the sound of Everything Gone (i do it for you), and the confidences i made with the shrill voice of Steven Tyler!).

I danced and sang, we danced and sing until our voices hurts or a neighbor come to knock on the door! If you want an evening of fun (and nostalgic), tune the VH1!
